Where We Ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Canada: a flat $9.99 CAD. United States: a flat $9.95 USD. Both are free on orders over $75 in your own currency. Whatever the checkout shows you is the amount you pay us for delivery.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery once dispatched:
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak season volumes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Duties
US orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your government. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
