We have a 15-day return policy: tell us within 15 days of your order arriving and we'll put it right.
You usually won't need to send anything back
For most orders we'll simply refund you, and the piece is yours to keep, pass on to a friend, or donate. No packing it up, no queue at the post office, no waiting on a parcel to reach us before you see your money.
For a small number of higher-value pieces we may ask you to send the item back first. If that applies to your order we'll say so as soon as you get in touch — never after you've already posted anything.
How to start a return
Email us at loveyourcurves.info@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong. We'll reply within 1–2 business days.
Please don't post anything back before you've heard from us — in most cases you won't need to at all, and parcels sent without prior approval can't be processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show it.
Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or simply isn't what you ordered, email loveyourcurves.info@gmail.com with a photo and your order number — as soon as you can, and within 15 days of delivery. We'll refund or replace it at no cost to you, and you won't need to send it back.
Exchanges
We don't swap items directly. If the size or the shade isn't right, we'll refund you and you can order the one you want whenever it suits.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, and anything bought as a final sale item, can't be returned.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without giving one. The 15-day window above already meets this and applies to you too.
